Distributor mandate & verification

Verifiable documents—not badges—are the basis for authorization claims.

Apex Emotos uses an evidence-first approach to claims about manufacturer mandates, warranty coverage, battery transport and destination delivery. A brand listing, supplier invoice, unsigned letter or generic certificate is not enough to establish a current distribution right.

What a mandate should identify

A valid authorization record should identify the issuing manufacturer or authorized entity, the precise legal entity receiving permission, covered brand and product scope, territory, sales channel, effective and expiry dates, and any restrictions. Verification should be performed through a manufacturer contact channel obtained independently.

Warranty and transport evidence

Warranty claims must identify the warrantor and applicable model/market terms. Battery freight claims require relevant test-summary and shipment documentation plus carrier acceptance for the actual route. Delivery and DDP claims require evidence that customs, taxes, importer-of-record obligations and final-mile scope can be fulfilled in that market.

Only evidence reviewed and marked verified by an administrator should be displayed publicly. No public evidence currently means no authorization claim is made. This page does not itself assert that Apex Emotos holds a manufacturer mandate.

Publicly verified evidence

We will not display a verified authorization or compliance badge until supporting documents have been reviewed and approved for public use.
